This commit adds a function which composes a series of TestFuncs, but will run all tests before returning an error, unlike ComposeTestFunc. This has been removed and is now handled with an error rather than a panic. It is primarily useful for interpolating into policy documents, for example when creating the policy for an ELB or ALB access log bucket.
