Rene Cannao d0872851a6 Enable coverage when either WITHGCOV or COVERAGE_MODE is set ... proxysql-tester.py only checked WITHGCOV to decide whether to run PROXYSQL GCOV DUMP. Since WITHGCOV now defaults to 0, passing COVERAGE=1 to run-multi-group.bash had no effect — the tester skipped coverage collection.
