Two new CI workflows for the legacy-g2 TAP test group: - CI-legacy-g2: runs against ubuntu22-tap build (standard) - CI-legacy-g2-genai: runs against ubuntu24-tap-genai-gcov build (PROXYSQLGENAI=1, WITHGCOV=1, with coverage report upload) Both use SKIP_CLUSTER_START=1 and TAP_USE_NOISE=1.
