The proxy_sqlite3_symbols.cpp in libproxysql.a references sqlite3_vec_init which requires these libraries. Changes to test/tap/tests/Makefile: - Add libsqlite_rembed.a and vec.o to STATIC_LIBS when PROXYSQLGENAI=1 - Add GenAI libraries to sqlite3-t target - Add GenAI libraries to setparser_test, setparser_test2, setparser_test3 targets - Fix typo: -EXCLUDE_TRACKING_VARIABLES -> -DEXCLUDE_TRACKING_VARIABLES	2 months ago

Tests that link against libproxysql.a must NOT define MAIN_PROXY_SQLITE3, otherwise sqlite3db.h will provide conflicting definitions.
