Parse multiple variable (simple) SET commands

The current parser for SET in MySQL_Session is not able to parse multiple
variables SET commands like:
SET sql_mode='TRADITIONAL', NAMES utf8 COLLATE unicode_ci

This patch introduces a simple regex based parser for all variation of
simple variables.
This is not a generic SET parser, though.
