Rene Cannao	c81b155ec2	fix: Update nl2sql_prompt_builder-t.cpp plan and add diagnostics The test was failing because it planned 30 tests but only executed 25. The plan has been corrected to 25. Changes: - Corrected test plan count from 30 to 25. - Added a detailed description of the test using diag() at the beginning. - Increased verbosity by adding diag() messages for each test case, printing the natural language query being processed and other relevant information. - Improved comments throughout the test file.	2 months ago

- nl2sql_unit_base-t.cpp: Initialization, configuration, persistence, error handling
- nl2sql_prompt_builder-t.cpp: Prompt construction, schema context, edge cases
- nl2sql_model_selection-t.cpp: Model routing logic, latency handling, fallback

Tests follow ProxySQL TAP framework patterns and use CommandLine helper
for environment-based configuration.
