Updated config.guess and config.sub for cityhash and libdaemon MariaDB client connector uses statically linked libssl and installed libiconv DEBUG build uses pthread_threadid_np() instead of syscall(SYS_gettid) Fixed some variable types. Enabled the use of jemalloc also for MacOS Alias mallctl() to je_mallctl() Removed libre2.a from libproxysql.a	4 years ago
