Rene Cannao	1a7ed3bab1	chore: consolidate scattered documentation into doc/ and remove stale files Remove outdated/superseded files: - bounty.md (2015 student bounty program) - compile_examples.txt (gcc 4.8/FreeBSD 1.x era, superseded by Makefile) - proxysql_notes.txt (ProxySQL 1.x era, references deleted directories) - test_analysis_reg_test_3317.md (one-off test failure analysis) - RAG_IMPLEMENTATION_SUMMARY.md (exact duplicate of RAG_IMPLEMENTATION_COMPLETE.md) - genai_prototype/ (entire directory: prototype now implemented in plugins/genai/) - .github/issue_template.md (superseded by .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/) Consolidate RAG docs into doc/RAG/ (12 files, ~4000 lines): - Move 9 files from RAG_POC/ (architecture, design, guides, examples) - Move 3 files from repo root (RAG_COMPLETION_SUMMARY, RAG_FILE_SUMMARY, RAG_IMPLEMENTATION_COMPLETE) - Normalize filenames to lowercase for consistency Move scattered docs to doc/: - Read_Only_Testing.md, Aurora_Automated_Testing.md (testing guides) - RELEASE_NOTES_WORKFLOW.md (release process) - ProxySQL-3.0.4-Release-Notes.md -> doc/release_notes/ - docs/pgsql_servers_ssl_params.md (feature documentation)	2 months ago
