# `alltrue` Function

`alltrue` returns `true` if all elements in a given collection are `true`
or `"true"`. It also returns `true` if the collection is empty.

```hcl
alltrue(list)
```

## Examples

```command
> alltrue(["true", true])
true
> alltrue([true, false])
false
```
