This change removes all external plugin docs using the old remote docs framework from the Packer core documentation in favor of the Packer integration framework. These plugins are being maintained and released independently of Packer and have become out of date. This documentation focuses more on the use of environment variables for configuring Packer for HCP Packer, which is necessary for legacy JSON template users looking to publish to HCP Packer.
