John Ralls	e8c80f2f5c	Restore existence, but not implementation, of GNC_FEATURE_BOOK_CURRENCY. At least one user has managed to get it set on their book so even though it was supposed to be unimplemented it got through somehow. Restoring it allows books with it set to load.	3 years ago

John Ralls	81c5ac6689	Remove the incomplete book-currency code. Not everything from the 6 Book-Currency commits is removed: Switching the Num and split-action fields and restricting edits of transactions older than n days were included and those changes are left in place. Some other partly-implemented features were also part of these commits and were removed: Options for setting a default capital gains account and currency, completion of the LIFO cap-gains policy, and creation of a list of cap-gains policies. If any of these are to be revived they should each be done in a separate feature branch and submitted via Github pull request for a code review before merging; a design discussion on gnucash-devel before restarting work is also advisable.	5 years ago

Robert Fewell	803d4c511e	Bug 797489 - No option to use account codes in Budget View - Part1 In the budget view there is no option to add the account code column which some uses use for sorting their accounts. This commit introduces a feature flag to be used in version 4.0 but if set in 3.8 will hide the new account code column so the view is not disrupted.	6 years ago

John Ralls	bbd2df6a3b	Bug 791848 - GC 2.6.x does not handle ISO dates introduced with GC 2.7. Set a feature to prevent versions older that 2.6.20 from loading a database from which they cannot read the dates. Ideally we would do this only if the database is written to, but the current persistence design includes committing back to the database during the load so the net effect is that the flag would be set anyway.	8 years ago
lmat	fbf4843f31	Changed bayes import map design This commit introduces a new feature flag: GNC_FEATURE_GUID_FLAT_BAYESIAN. It signifies that the bayes import map data are stored flat and by guid. Any time bayes import map data are accessed, they are converted if necessary.	8 years ago
lmat	eb6c741bf9	Account.c to Account.cpp Since Account.c is now Account.cpp, the function signatures look a bit different internally. The tests rely on function signatures in error messages. Instead of trying to figure out what the exact function signature might be, I use a substring matching strategy to ensure that the correct error was issued.	8 years ago
