Some win32 package updates:
- Updated versions: MinGW, GLib, ATK, Pango, GTK+, Gail, LibGnome,
LibGSF, Glade, SVN
- Move autotools up in the chain (guile1.8 will need that)
- Stick with GOffice 0.3.0 (newer version need code changes), but
provide patch for 0.3.2
- Other minor install.sh improvements
