[engine] Remove two replace functions from KvpValue
These were not used outside a test. And that test was not leak free, as a result of the functions not doing what they are supposed to do when the current value is not of the type that is expected. (NULL is returned, but the value is not replaced) |

Housekeeping - replace plenty of http links with https
There are more, but these are most common ones. There are also a number of urls that don't behave well when https, so those are skipped At some point I have also started marking non-working URLs as [DEAD LINK], though that's not a full coverage. |

Convert GNC_TYPE_TIMESPEC to GNC_TYPE_TIME64, Kvp::Type::Timespec to Kvp::Type::Time64
They have to go together because of using gvalues to hide KVP from most of GnuCash. |

Restructure the src directory
It is split into - /libgnucash (for the non-gui bits) - /gnucash (for the gui) - /common (misc source files used by both) - /bindings (currently only holds python bindings) This is the first step in restructuring the code. It will need much more fine tuning later on. |
