# `kms` stanza

The `kms` stanza configures Boundary kms-specific parameters.

## Configuration

KMS configuration can be done through the Boundary configuration file using the
`kms` stanza:

```hcl
kms [NAME] {
  # ...
}
```

For example:

```hcl
kms "transit" {
  # ...
}
```
