Initial implementation failed to update controller status within `server_controller` as `w.Update` did not trigger `update_time` if `address` or `description` were not updated. Now using `w.Exec` with `updateController` query to always set `update_time` to `now()`. Additional Notes: - Updated `repository_controller` tests to verify `update_time` updates even when controller values don't change. - Added `cleanupFunc` to test cases to remove inserted controllers after each test. - Verified via `boundary dev` that `worker.upstreamDialerFunc` errors are not present. Most functions were moved to this package with no changes, however, there are a couple of notable exceptions: - Given that we don't use GRPC errors in repos, all errors were adjusted to use the internal/errors package instead. - StorageBucketFilterCredIdFn is now used to prevent the internal/server package from importing internal/storage/plugin, which would cause a dep cycle. Callers of SelectSessionWorkers must implement this func which is responsible for returning a storage bucket's worker filter as well as its associated credential id. - authorizeSessionWithWorkerFilter now receives an internal/server.(*Repository) object when called. We would also encrypt the tofu token with the database key but not store a reference to this key in the database. This change fixes this by replacing our key derivation with a key generation step, and instead store the generated key, encrypted, in the database. We also ensure that any new tofu tokens are encrypted with the same key. To handle existing sessions, we lazily rewrite the sessions whenever a user lists them.
